KRAVIA HEALTHCARE · A product by Kravia Private Limited
Coordinated workflows for clinics and hospitals.
In development by Kravia: a coordinated platform for patient journeys, appointments, queues, clinical administration and billing, starting with clinics and small-hospital outpatient operations in India.
YUKTA / PRODUCT IDENTITY
A unified healthcare operating platform for modern clinics and hospitals.
YUKTA V1 is being designed for clinics and outpatient operations in small hospitals in India. The capabilities below describe documented design, not general availability or a verified production release.
THE OUTPATIENT WORKDAY
Better handoffs, less chasing.
YUKTA focuses on the administrative moments around care: who has arrived, which doctor is available, what needs review and which payment still needs reconciliation.
A schedule changes. The queue changes with it.
The design connects appointments, walk-ins, arrival and doctor availability so staff can coordinate the next step.
A report being ready is not a clinical review.
Separate report receipt from doctor review, and keep doctor instructions distinct from administrative entry.
A payment screenshot is not reconciliation.
Keep billing, collections and settlement status distinguishable, with authorised correction and a traceable record.
01 / HEALTHCARE WORKFLOW
The work stays connected from arrival to continuity.
YUKTA is designed around real handoffs—not a collection of disconnected tools.

02 / CORE PLATFORM CAPABILITIES
Operational depth, without operational noise.
Each platform area is designed to make the next responsible action clearer.
Make the patient journey visible across appointments, arrival, visits, queues, follow-up and the teams responsible for each handoff.
- Patient operations
- Appointments & visits
- Smart queue management
Support consultation, investigation, report review, authorised records and follow-up without misrepresenting where clinical decision authority belongs.
- Clinical workflow
- Authorised record handling
Connect visit context, charge capture, billing, payment and reconciliation without creating disconnected operational and financial silos.
- Billing & revenue operations
- Hospital / clinic administration
Design for standards-based healthcare interoperability, traceable actions, role-aware access, privacy-aware workflows and governed assistance.
- Future interoperability direction
- Privacy, security & auditability
- Governed AI assistance
03 / SMART QUEUE MANAGEMENT
A queue with context.
Not guesswork.
Give front-desk and operations teams clear patient-flow visibility while supporting the real decisions needed when a schedule moves.
Live waiting state
A visible view of where a patient is in the arrival-to-visit journey.
Resource-aware flow
Queue decisions can account for the doctor or resource responsible for the next handoff.
Recovery in view
Call next, skip, recall and reconnect patterns support calm recovery when the day changes.
04 / CLINICAL WORKFLOW
Designed to assist workflows.
Never replace clinical authority.
Doctors and authorised healthcare professionals retain clinical decision authority at every material step.
V1 preserves paper-first consultation where needed. Assistants may coordinate records, but cannot make clinical decisions. A report being ready is distinct from a doctor having reviewed it.

- Report
- Doctor review
- Authorised record
- Follow-up
05 / BILLING & REVENUE OPERATIONS
Care operations and revenue operations, in one coordinated view.
- Visit
- Charge capture
- Billing
- Payment
- Reconciliation
- Invoice / receipt
Connect operational and financial workflows without creating disconnected billing silos.
06 / INTEROPERABILITY
Integration-ready by direction.
YUKTA is designed for standards-based healthcare interoperability and integration-ready workflows. ABDM/FHIR connectivity and insurance/TPA/NHCX workflows are outside V1 availability. Architecture direction is not certification, approval or production connectivity.
07 / PRIVACY, SECURITY & GOVERNANCE
Controls belong in the foundation.
Privacy-by-design principles, clear accountability and secure handling patterns are intended to shape the platform from the start.
Tenant isolation
Keep organisational data separated by design.
Role-aware access
Make access match the responsibility and task at hand.
Traceable actions
Keep significant operational actions legible and auditable.
Consent-aware workflows
Support clear handling of patient and information choices.
Controlled document access
Design access to sensitive records with appropriate safeguards.
Data lifecycle awareness
Treat retention, review and removal as governed work.
08 / GOVERNED AI
AI with boundaries.
YUKTA’s assistance is designed to operate through defined permissions, provenance, human oversight and domain authority. Its intended role is administrative assistance. Clinical interpretation, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment recommendations and clinical authorization are excluded; operational workflows must not depend on AI availability.
It is not an AI doctor, an autonomous diagnostic system or an autonomous treatment recommendation system.
09 / WHO YUKTA IS FOR
Built around the people who keep care moving.
- Clinics
- Multi-specialty clinics
- Small-hospital outpatient teams
- Doctors
- Reception and front desk
- Hospital administrators
- Billing teams
- Operations teams
EXPECTED OPERATIONAL VALUE
Measure the work, not the promise.
No YUKTA pilot outcome dataset has been verified for this page. These are intended mechanisms and future measurement areas.
Registration
Reuse returning-patient context; measure time from registration start to a valid visit record.
Patient flow
Coordinate doctor availability and arrivals; measure median and tail waiting times with documented exclusions.
Continuity & finance
Track doctor-defined follow-up and unresolved payments; measure completion and reconciliation age.
MARKET CONTEXT

No. V1 is designed for small clinics and outpatient hospitals. Inpatient admissions, beds, wards, operating theatres, nursing management and large-hospital ERP functions are outside its V1 scope.
No. The documented V1 workflow supports a printed OP consultation sheet and handwritten clinical notes. Authorised staff coordinate downstream administrative work from doctor instructions.
The design separates facility supervision on Hospital Web, daily work in YUKTA Clinic, and patient-facing appointments and status in YUKTA Patient. Store availability and supported device releases will be confirmed with release evidence.
Both are designed around the doctor timeline: schedule, arrivals, current consultation, breaks and delays. Wait times are estimates, not promises, and staff retain operational control.
No. Insurance, TPA and NHCX claims are excluded from the documented V1 scope.
Production connectivity has not been verified for this page. ABDM/FHIR interoperability is future architecture direction, not an available V1 integration or a certification claim.
English and Telugu are required by the V1 design. That requirement does not establish that a released bilingual build has passed device and language QA.
The design requires explicit offline and reconnect handling. A fully offline service is not promised. Online payment confirmation and live synchronisation depend on the relevant connected services.
Discuss the source format and migration scope with Kravia. No universal import, automatic migration or completion time is promised; record mapping and validation must be agreed before onboarding.
Public prices, implementation dates and support hours have not been confirmed here. Kravia can discuss workflow fit, staff roles, schedules, printing and facility pricing configuration before any activation.
The design includes authorised financial exports and governed data-request handling. Export scope, retention and account-change procedures must be confirmed in the applicable release and agreements.
They show attributed practice-management-system estimates and forecasts, plus a separate Indian digital-registration infrastructure snapshot. They do not measure YUKTA revenue, adoption, valuation or clinical effectiveness.
No pilot outcome dataset has been verified for this page. Registration time, waiting time, follow-up completion and reconciliation are proposed measurement areas, not published product results.
