SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
A quick reading guide
- This Charter explains the common standards for KRAVIA PRIVATE LIMITED. It does not replace a product's specific notice, a signed agreement, or rights provided by applicable law. A capability described in a product roadmap is not a capability already available to customers.
1
The company behind the products
KRAVIA PRIVATE LIMITED is the legal operator of the corporate website at kraviaprivatelimited.com and of products that expressly identify KRAVIA as their operator. Our CIN is U62011AP2026PTC126691. Our registered office is 4-340, Salipeta, Opp HDFC Bank, Malikipuram, Konaseema, Andhra Pradesh – 533253, India. GSTIN 37AANCK0043M1ZA is displayed where relevant to the transaction and applicable registration.
A product name is a brand, not a separate contracting entity unless its legal documents expressly identify a different operator. We disclose an operator change rather than silently treating a new entity as the same business.
2
Privacy as a product constraint
We do not sell or license private customer information as a standalone commercial dataset. We do not build or share personal behavioural profiles for cross-site advertising. Private customer documents, messages and other content are not used to train general-purpose AI models, including through providers acting for us.
Information is collected for defined purposes, with proportionate access, retention and sharing. These constraints apply to new revenue models as well as existing products. Adding an integration, AI feature or business partner does not create an unrestricted right to reuse customer information.
3
Quality with evidence
We undertake to provide services with reasonable professional care, maintain appropriate testing and maintenance processes, and address defects according to their impact. Descriptions of performance, accuracy, uptime and security must be supported for the particular offering. We do not promise flawless software, infallible AI or absolute security.
An assessment or certification applies only to the entity, system, scope and period actually assessed. A planned certification is not a completed certification. A disclaimer does not cancel a specific contractual promise or a mandatory customer remedy.
4
Accountable service
Customers should be able to identify the service purchased, the price, the applicable terms, how to obtain assistance and how to leave. Our service principles include understandable billing, straightforward cancellation, fair complaint review and proportionate remedies for failures for which we are responsible. Binding response times, recovery objectives and service credits exist only where expressly stated in an applicable agreement.
