LEGAL & TRUST
Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints Policy
KRAVIA respects intellectual-property rights and provides a structured complaint and review route. A complaint must identify the right and the material at issue. Neither an allegation alone nor a counter-statement automatically resolves a disputed legal right.
1
Scope
This Policy concerns copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property complaints involving material accessible through relevant KRAVIA services. It does not confer ownership of customer content on KRAVIA or provide a licence to publish a complainant's private information.
Where a special statutory notice-and-counter-notice procedure applies, that procedure and its deadlines govern. Publishing this general policy does not itself establish a registered U.S. DMCA agent or create a safe-harbour status. Applicable product-specific agent information must be separately published when properly established.
2
Submitting a complaint
Send a complaint to legal@kraviaprivatelimited.com identifying yourself and, if relevant, the rights holder you represent; the protected work, mark or other right; the material alleged to infringe; its precise location or identifying reference; and the reasons the use is unauthorized. Provide a reliable contact route and evidence of representative authority where appropriate.
Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law, and that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge. A legally required signature or declaration is included where the applicable procedure requires it. Do not claim that all uses of a word, image or public fact are automatically infringing.
3
Review and action
We review sufficiently detailed reports and may seek clarification. Depending on the evidence, service role, risk and applicable law, we may restrict or remove identified material, contact the uploader, preserve relevant records or take no action with an explanation where appropriate.
We do not adjudicate complex ownership disputes as a court would. Relevant exceptions, licences, fair use or other lawful rights must be considered. An urgent legal order or clear serious violation may require prompt restriction before ordinary correspondence is complete.
4
Notice to affected users and response
Where safe and lawful, affected users receive enough information to understand the issue and respond. A response should identify the material, explain the basis for authorized or lawful use, and include supporting information. We may share necessary parts of the complaint or response with the other party, with appropriate protection for unnecessary personal or confidential details.
A statutory counter-notice has specific legal consequences and requirements where it applies; the user should understand those before submitting one. We do not promise automatic restoration merely because an uploader disputes a complaint or set an invented universal restoration deadline.
5
Repeated and abusive conduct
Repeated or serious substantiated infringement may justify proportionate account action. Deliberately false or abusive complaints, coercive threats and use of the process to expose someone's private information are also prohibited. Good-faith disagreement about a legal right is not automatically abuse.
Enforcement review is available under the Grievance and Appeals Policy, subject to lawful limitations. A court order or mandatory process can constrain available action.
6
KRAVIA materials and customer publicity
Rights in KRAVIA's software, documentation, brand and pre-existing materials remain with KRAVIA or the relevant rights holder. Customer materials remain subject to the customer's existing rights and any third-party rights. Custom-project rights are defined in the applicable SOW.
We obtain appropriate permission before publishing a customer's name, logo, testimonial or confidential case-study material. Feedback permission does not authorize publication of a confidential project. Approved attribution and confidentiality boundaries remain applicable.
7
Contact and privacy
Formal postal complaints may be addressed to the Legal & Grievance function at KRAVIA's registered office. Complaint information is used for review, communication, enforcement and necessary legal records, not unrelated marketing. Do not include more personal information than the complaint requires.
