LEGAL & TRUST
General Disclaimer
KRAVIA information and tools have limits. This Disclaimer explains those limits without cancelling an express service promise, KRAVIA's responsibility for its own conduct, or a right that applicable law protects.
1
Scope and relationship to other documents
This Disclaimer applies to corporate information and services that incorporate it. Product terms, a signed engagement and mandatory law take priority for their relevant subject matter. It is not a substitute for an accurate product description or a reason to advertise capabilities that do not exist.
2
General information and professional judgment
Corporate resources, examples and educational material provide general information. Unless a service is expressly designed and lawfully positioned otherwise, they do not create a professional advisory relationship or replace qualified legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for decisions that require that expertise.
A software feature operating in a hospital, school or business is not automatically a regulated professional service. Conversely, calling a feature “informational” does not remove obligations that follow from its actual intended use.
3
AI and generated material
AI responses, summaries, rankings, estimates, generated code and documents may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular context. References can be inaccurate, and outputs may resemble those generated for other users. Verify material facts and test generated implementations before consequential use.
The AI Policy requires responsible design, meaningful human oversight and appropriate reporting routes. This Disclaimer does not shift KRAVIA's own assessment, transparency or safety duties entirely to the user or guarantee that every human-approved result is correct.
4
Estimates and outcomes
Demonstrations, indicative calculations, projections, case studies and examples are not guarantees of a customer's outcome. Results depend on inputs, configuration, cooperation, external conditions and actual scope. Testimonials relate to the experience and permission under which they were published, not a promise of identical results for everyone. Paid or other material relationships must be disclosed where relevant.
5
External links and integrations
A link or integration does not mean KRAVIA owns, endorses or controls every aspect of the external service. Independent providers determine their own policies, approvals, outages and account decisions. Their terms may apply when you use them. KRAVIA remains accountable for its own integration work and commitments and for applicable duties concerning providers it engages.
6
Availability, security and beta features
No statement of reasonable security or reliable service means zero vulnerabilities, zero data loss or uninterrupted operation. Specific contractual metrics apply only where expressly agreed. Beta or experimental functions may change, behave unexpectedly or be withdrawn, but their label does not waive required privacy, security or consumer protections.
7
User content and complaints
User-supplied information reflects the relevant contributor rather than KRAVIA endorsement. Appropriate moderation and rights-review processes apply; we do not guarantee advance review of every item. Report errors, harmful content or misleading claims through support@kraviaprivatelimited.com, and legal or IP concerns through legal@kraviaprivatelimited.com.
8
Preserved rights
Nothing here excludes fraud, misrepresentation, non-excludable negligence or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable warranties, consumer remedies, data-protection rights and specific contractual commitments remain available. Any liability allocation must be read from the applicable Terms or negotiated agreement, not inferred as “no responsibility” from this page.
