LEGAL & TRUST
Electronic Communications and Anti-Spam Policy
Service messages and marketing are different. Promotion requires an appropriate permission or lawful basis and an easy opt-out. Using one product does not subscribe someone to every KRAVIA brand. Customers using KRAVIA messaging tools must respect recipients and applicable channel rules.
1
Communications from KRAVIA
We may send communications needed to operate the account, perform a requested transaction, protect security, resolve support, deliver an opted-in event or meet legal duties. Examples include verification messages, receipts, account changes, outage notices and necessary renewal information. Such messages must not be used to disguise unrelated promotion.
Marketing may concern relevant products, resources, events or offers only under the appropriate disclosed choice and lawful basis. Registration for gated resources is not mandatory consent to promotion. A corporate-wide marketing choice must be separate from a product-only subscription where that distinction matters.
2
Channel-specific choices
Email, SMS, messaging applications, push notifications and telephone outreach may involve different permissions and laws. Consent for one channel does not automatically authorize every other channel or every automated calling technology. Device notification permission is not by itself a licence to use unrelated personal information for marketing.
Where consent is used, it must be meaningful, recorded proportionately and capable of withdrawal. We do not use preselected mandatory marketing choices or obscure promotion inside acceptance of the Terms.
3
Opt-outs and suppression
Promotional communications provide an appropriate easy opt-out. We process it promptly within the applicable legal deadline and do not require a fee, new account or unnecessary information. A preference or suppression record may be retained in minimized form to ensure we do not resume unwanted messages inadvertently.
Opting out of promotion does not prevent a genuinely necessary service or security notice. Conversely, a prior transaction does not justify unlimited promotional contact. Cross-product marketing choices are respected rather than reset when a different KRAVIA product is used.
4
Customers sending through KRAVIA
Customers must have appropriate rights, notices, permissions and lawful grounds for their recipient data and communication purpose. They must honor channel-specific registration, template, identification, sender, quiet-hour and opt-out requirements where applicable. KRAVIA's technology is not a guarantee that a campaign has been approved by a regulator or messaging platform.
Purchased, harvested and scraped lists for unsolicited campaigns, deceptive sender identities, spam, phishing and attempts to evade recipient blocks are prohibited. Do not disguise advertising as an OTP, invoice, legal warning or urgent security incident. Keep evidence supporting the relevant permissions and respond to legitimate recipient requests.
5
AI-generated messages and automation
AI-generated communications remain subject to the same permissions and accuracy requirements. Appropriate low-risk messages may be automated under explicit rules and scopes. Sensitive or consequential messages require stronger review and confirmation. Required AI disclosure must not be removed to create a false impression of a human sender.
An integration or AI agent must not invent consent, reopen an opted-out conversation for promotion or send through an unapproved channel merely because it can technically reach the recipient.
6
Delivery and third-party platforms
Independent providers control aspects of acceptance, template approval, spam filtering, network delivery and account status. We cannot guarantee every delivery or continued provider access. We nevertheless manage the parts of delivery and integration within our control with reasonable care and provide appropriate failure information.
Providers and customers may impose lawful limits stricter than this baseline. Do not bypass them by account rotation or switching sender identities.
7
Monitoring and enforcement
We may review proportionate metadata and necessary evidence to investigate spam or abuse, restrict a campaign, suspend sending or take other justified action. Private content access is limited to what a legitimate investigation requires. Complaints are assessed rather than treated as automatic proof, and review routes are provided where safe and appropriate.

Contact
Use the message's unsubscribe or preferences route for promotion. Contact support@kraviaprivatelimited.com about delivery or account concerns, privacy@kraviaprivatelimited.com about recipient-data rights, and legal@kraviaprivatelimited.com for unresolved complaints. Do not send full contact lists as a first step in reporting an issue.
