LEGAL & TRUST
Billing, Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Know the amount, currency, billing period and renewal terms before paying. Cancel renewal through a straightforward route. Ordinary cancellation generally does not produce a prorated refund, but billing errors, service failures and mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
1
Applicable offering and seller
This Policy applies when KRAVIA PRIVATE LIMITED is the seller and the order incorporates it. Product subscriptions, consulting engagements, events and usage-based services can have different scopes and schedules. An invoice alone must not obscure material conditions that should have been disclosed before purchase.
The purchase record identifies the legal seller. A third-party payment gateway is not automatically the seller of the service. A marketplace or app store may control billing or statutory merchant functions; its applicable role and cancellation route must be explained.
3
Free plans and trials
A free plan may have disclosed limits and anti-abuse controls. Its existence does not give access to paid functions. Where a trial will convert automatically to paid service, the trial duration, future charge, billing frequency, payment-detail requirement and cancellation method are explained before activation. Reminders are provided where required or appropriate.
A trial without an authorized payment arrangement does not create permission to debit a customer later. Material limits must not be hidden until after data has been imported or a customer has become dependent on the trial.
4
Recurring subscriptions and reminders
Subscriptions renew only under the recurring terms presented and accepted at purchase. A renewal reminder for an annual subscription identifies the date, expected charge or current price and a usable management route. Applicable law, store rules and the agreed plan determine any additional notice requirements.
