Accessibility Statement
KRAVIA aims to make its digital services usable by people with disabilities and to provide a practical route to report barriers. This Statement is not a claim of completed certification or full conformance across every product.
1
Scope and objective
The corporate website and each product should consider accessibility during design, development and maintenance. Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for applicable web experiences, subject to documented assessment and remediation. A target is not evidence that every page or document currently conforms.
Each product must publish accurate information about its assessed scope, known material limitations and available alternatives when appropriate. A provider's accessibility claim is not automatically the same as KRAVIA's tested experience.
2
Areas of attention
We seek understandable navigation, keyboard-operable controls, meaningful headings, readable text, appropriate contrast, labelled forms, visible focus and support for assistive technologies. Error messages should explain recovery rather than relying only on colour. Motion and interaction should respect accessibility needs.
Legal pages should remain readable without login, work at increased text size, provide usable document navigation and offer accessible web text even when a PDF is available. A downloadable PDF does not remove the need for an accessible primary experience.
3
Reporting a barrier
Contact support@kraviaprivatelimited.com with the page or product, the task affected and a description of the barrier. Share device, browser or assistive-technology information only to the extent useful and comfortable. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or sensitive medical information to ask for assistance.
Where an urgent task such as cancellation or a privacy request is inaccessible, use the support or privacy email route and explain the task. We seek a reasonable alternative while the underlying issue is investigated; an interface barrier should not deny an otherwise available right.
4
Response and improvement
Reports are triaged according to impact, reproducibility and available alternatives. We communicate an appropriate response and track material problems for remediation. No fixed engineering resolution time or independent certification is promised by this Statement.
Third-party content may introduce limitations. We assess reasonable alternatives and raise relevant issues with providers rather than treating external origin as an automatic exemption from our own responsibilities.
5
Updates
This Statement and any conformance information are reviewed after material changes or assessments. Known limitations and verified improvements should be stated accurately. Feedback and escalated complaints may also be directed to legal@kraviaprivatelimited.com.
